Winner of the Queen’s tournament for the second time in his career after 2023, Carlos Alcaraz has added a fourth grass-court title to his record.
At just 22 years old, the native of El Palmar has already matched the record for grass-court titles won by Spanish players. Rafael Nadal (Wimbledon 2008 and 2010, Queen’s 2008, and Stuttgart 2015) and Feliciano Lopez (Eastbourne 2013 and 2014, Queen’s 2017 and 2019) are the only other Spanish players with four trophies on this surface.
Alcaraz could therefore become the most decorated Spanish grass-court player in history as early as Wimbledon.
