The Australian Open is fast approaching. The main draw begins on January 18, meaning the qualifying rounds will be played in the coming days. The draw for these qualifiers has just been conducted.

On the women's side, eleven French players will be in action this year, aiming to secure a spot in the main draw. They now know who they will face in the first round.

Tough Draw for Mladenovic, Tubello, Ponchet, and Efremova

Kristina Mladenovic did not get the most favorable draw, as she will face Anastasia Zakharova, the number one seed. Jessika Ponchet will be up against Tamara Zidansek, while Diane Parry will take on Elena Pridankina.

Alice Tubello and Ksenia Efremova have drawn Yuliia Starodubtseva and Aliaksandra Sasnovich, respectively. Find the complete details of the women's qualifying draw for the 2026 Australian Open below.

Good

It will really be befitting if he attains his 25th Grand Slam crown at the AO for he's truly the GOAT & this will stamp him & endorse his GOAT status without an iota of doubt

Almost as important to Djokovic as Slam #25--and requiring less luck--is beating Federer's total of 103 singles titles. He'll play 250s, and might even surpass Connors's 109.
