Carlos Alcaraz and Roger Federer met during the Laver Cup in 2024. According to the Swiss player's confessions, the two men have hardly ever interacted.
In the Netflix documentary 'My Way,' Federer stated: "I barely know Carlos. I trained with him only once in the past. I hadn't seen him again until this week.

He seems to be a happy guy, sort of like a kid in a candy store."
On his side, Alcaraz was delighted to meet the Swiss legend, even joking after shaking his hand: "I've got the magic, I've got the magic!"
