Djokovic and Murray tease each other about their collaboration: "Sorry coach".
Andy Murray is Novak Djokovic's new coach. The two men, who have known each other by heart since they were teenagers, will be working together at least until the Australian Open.
The Serb has confirmed that he is still hungry to win Grand Slams, and believes that the Scot will help him in this quest.
While Djokovic's first steps with Murray will inevitably be watched by tennis fans everywhere, the partnership has apparently already taken off... on Instagram.
Visiting Doha ahead of this weekend's Formula 1 Qatar Grand Prix, the Serb took a photo with Mercedes driver George Russell.
Always on social networks to put his sense of humor to good use, Murray, who is about to embark on his first coaching experience, didn't miss the opportunity to tease his friend and former rival.
"He should be on the practice courts," wrote the former world number 1 in the comments section of the Mercedes publication.
Djokovic replied a few minutes later: "Sorry coach, I'll be back soon." A complicity already seems to be developing between the two great champions.
