A Very Open Top 100

By the end of 2025, men's tennis once again shows a reshaped landscape. The total number of represented nationalities thus drops from 31 in 2024 to 29 this season.

The United States, driven by their new generation, becomes the world's number one tennis nation, dethroning a France that was solidly in the lead last year.

The United States Dominates the Competition: 15 Players in the Top 100

With 15 players in the top 100, the USA achieves their most striking dominance in two decades.

From Taylor Fritz to Ben Shelton, from Tommy Paul to the young Tien and Michelsen, and including Korda, Tiafoe, and Opelka, American power has been displayed.

France Downgraded but Still a Giant: 14 Players in the Elite

Second with 14 representatives, France remains very present.

But while the momentum seems less dazzling than in the United States, the Hexagon can rely on exceptional depth: Humbert, Fils, Moutet, Monfils…

Italy, Argentina, Spain: The Battle for the Podium

Behind the two giants, the fight is close:

- Italy – 8 players

- Argentina – 7 players

- Spain – 6 players

Australia in the Final Sprint: 6 Players

Australia thus remains in the game with 6 players in the top 100.
A solid performance, but now insufficient to compete with the new mastodons of world tennis.

29 Nations Represented

But this top 100 is also that of nations standing alone, with a single warrior defending their colors: Tsitsipas for Greece, Ruud for Norway, Rune for Denmark, or Dimitrov for Bulgaria.

Also noteworthy is the case of Vacherot, hero of Monaco, who writes his country into world tennis history.

Hello I'm new

I am surprised about relatively low attendance at Roland Garros which was the most popular slam 20+ years ago. I myself love it as well as really loving aus and us opens. I don't care about Wimbledon, sometimes maybe I can watch women's tennis. I hate Wimbledon's white dress code, I feel like I am watching junior tennis...I watched very few matches like Graf davenport final in 1999 the last time.....
