Medvedev, Vacherot-Korda: Brisbane schedule for Tuesday, January 5

After six matches already played in the women's draw and two in the men's draw this Sunday in the main draw in Brisbane, the competition continues this Monday.

On the Pat Rafter Arena, starting at 2 a.m., French time, wild-card Kimberly Birrell will face Rebecca Sramkova. Not before 4 a.m., the two compatriots Jiri Lehecka and Tomas Machac will face off.

Karolina Pliskova makes her return

The match will be followed by Alexei Popyrin who will take on Quentin Halys. In the evening session, not before 9:30 a.m., Daniil Medvedev will make his debut against Marton Fucsovics. The match will be followed by Tatjana Maria against the young Emerson Jones.

On Show court 1, Valentin Vacherot will start at 2 a.m. against Sebastian Korda. Karolina Pliskova, who is making her return, will face Hailey Baptiste around 5 a.m.
