Nishikori, Wawrinka, and Carreno Busta Invited to the ATP 500 in Barcelona

After revealing the full list of participating players a few days ago, the Barcelona tournament officially announced this Friday its three wild cards for the main draw.

Kei Nishikori, a two-time winner of the event in 2014 and 2015, logically received an invitation from the organizers.

Stan Wawrinka, whose achievements need no introduction, as well as Pablo Carreno Busta, who is trying to return to the Top 100 at the age of 33 (he is currently ranked 109th in the world), are the two other players who have been granted an invitation.

The ATP 500 in Barcelona will take place from April 14 to 20, with Carlos Alcaraz as the top seed.
