Dominic Thiem will be saying goodbye to professional tennis.

At the Vienna tournament, which begins this Monday, the Austrian will be living out his final moments as a professional tennis player.

Eurosport consultant Barbara Schett was keen to highlight the legacy he will leave behind, not least his remarkable efficiency against the members of the Big Three (16 wins in 35 duels).

She said: "We mustn't forget that Dominic achieved an exceptional number of victories against the Big Three (16).

In particular, he has a positive record against Roger Federer, six victories against Rafael Nadal, five against Novak Djokovic: only he has achieved so many successes against these legends of our sport.

That's saying something too.

why did tennis tonic void predictions on the match between Chwalinska and Huergo at the Quito tournament? The match was played to completion and on time. If TT feels the match is one sided, and of course it was, then don't put it up for prediction. This is getting irritating.
