To defeat the pair composed of Casper Ruud and Holger Rune, Alex de Minaur had to give it his all at the Laver Cup.

While the Australian was at the net and targeted by a body shot from Rune, he made a reflexive move that caused his racket to hit his ear.

With his ear bleeding, he had to receive treatment, during which his team's coach, Andre Agassi, took photos of his ear.

For his part, de Minaur decided to smile about it. Alongside Alex Michelsen, they won with a score of 6-3, 6-4.
