Novak nervous and shouting at his box. His behavior on court had never been the best. Great player but in my books a champion has to be one under all aspects. There have been quite a few in past years. Novak is more successful than all of these but my respect goes more to them. Moreover, I can't see any blame on the part of coaches and trainers for mistakes a player makes on court, after all he does have opponent on the other side of the net.

This De Minaur is one of the worst players I've had a chance to watch against Novak lately but still he is in a game. Without serve, without any particularly great shot he keeps ball in a game and waiting for Novak to miss and this time it works!

Not to worry, Joker cannot win anymore grand slams, lol

You would have thought players would have caught onto Djokovic's tactic... lure them in with one set (maybe 2), give them false hope, then proceed to dig deep and sweep the match from under the rug. Credit where Credit is due to Djokovic for deploying the same successful tactics over and over again.

Djoke not feeling it today and seems to be falling apart, then suddenly not and being ok again. Firing missiles at his box. Not a great look, not really actions of a great in my view. That said, he will probably just about find a way to get over the line.

Alex needs to play the remaining big points well, as he certainly has a bigger chance than normal today.

Some odd comments on here. There's 30 comments in total, fairly dead, yet loads of people going on about goat as if there has been some kind of djokovic hating. Most comments appeared to be complaining about Alex and a few saying djokovic was not at his best, which everyone would logically agree with.

For me it will be interesting to see how djokovic copes in the QF vs Cobolli. Quite a fired up player, lots of shot making, likely to have very large support from the crowd.
