Alcaraz needs rest? After watching Alcaraz's autobiography on Netflix, I'm going to say that's probably correct. Alcaraz simply doesn't have the mental fortitude to stay focused on tennis like most of the other top players before him. He needs to be able to get away from work and play around and relax more than the average person. If that's his disposition, so be it. At least he's aware of it.
