Billy Harris continues his late blooming at Eastbourne!

Billy Harris continues his late blooming at Eastbourne!

Nobody saw this one coming. Billy Harris, 29 years old and 201st in the world before the arrival of grass, is without doubt the revelation of recent weeks.

In 4 tournaments, he now boasts a record of 11 wins and 3 losses. First on the Challenger circuit, where he reached the semi-finals at Surbiton and then at Nottingham 2. Bluffing, he continued to shine on the main circuit.

First reaching the quarter-finals at Queen's last week, he has just reached the semi-finals of the ATP 250 Eastbourne.

With a solid win over Flavio Cobolli (6-7, 7-6, 6-2), he continues to make progress and is now within touching distance of the world's Top 100. For a place in the final, the Briton will face another surprise guest, Max Purcell (94th, qualifier).

Stay tuned!

Leylah Fernandez was really ungracious at the US Open final with Emma Raducanu, when Emma cut her leg. It hasn’t been forgotten!!

I agree, the fact that he pulled of a five setter shows what level he had at the time, especially considering that Rafa didn't play bad. I don't think that Grigor choked in that match. The match was a
