German analyst Kuhnen backs Zverev: "He has the makings of a Grand Slam champion".

Patrik Kühnen, former professional tennis player (three-time Davis Cup winner with Germany) and now columnist for Sky Sports, has spoken out on the case of his compatriot Alexander Zverev.

According to him, although he was beaten by Alcaraz in the final (6-3, 2-6, 5-7, 6-1, 6-2), the world number 4 is no stranger to adversity and knows how to bounce back. Praising his compatriot's resilience, he expects the 27-year-old to come back even stronger: "He was so close to beating Alcaraz, he led two sets to one, but Alcaraz is just fantastic.
