Insolite - Nadal sets up shop in Albania!

Rafael Nadal is taking advantage of the end of his career to make the most of his image and expand his empire. Ambassador of a hotel chain in Spain, partner of the Saudi Tennis Federation, Nadal is also developing his academies internationally.

In a bid to make the "Nadal method" a benchmark capable of nurturing several great players, the Spanish legend is starting to open academies in different countries.

And, to everyone's surprise, his latest choice is Albania. As revealed by Tennis Letter, an academy is to be opened in Durres, near Tirana.

Is this a sign of a potentially radiant future for Albanian tennis, which has so far remained largely untouched?
