Djokovic on working with Murray: "We'll sit down and see if we can continue to work together"
Following his semi-final exit, Novak Djokovic's adventure in Melbourne comes to an end. In a press conference, he took stock of his tournament and also spoke of his collaboration with Andy Murray.
He declared: "I think I played great tennis throughout the tournament, and I would have liked to have had my chances if I'd been healthy.
I know it's never easy to beat Zverev, but it wasn't easy for him today, even with me injured.
I hit the ball very well, and there are a lot of positives to take from my game.
Reaching the semi-finals is a very good result given the circumstances, but I'm not satisfied, because I came here to win.
I wish Sascha all the best, and I'll be rooting for him to win his first Grand Slam title - he deserves it.
My assessment of Murray is very positive. We'll sit down in the next few days to talk and see if we can continue to work together."
