Djokovic names the four greatest feats of his career

Novak Djokovic, winner of 24 Grand Slams, gave Sportklub his four greatest career achievements. He says: "The first is my 43-match winning streak in the first half of 2011.

That wasn't my goal. I was feeling good because I had finished the previous season in the best possible way, by winning the Davis Cup for Serbia. That gave me a lot of confidence for 2011.

I started the season by winning the Australian Open, and that started the series. I kept winning and winning, and the more I won, the better I felt on the court.

I didn't care who was on the other side of the net. It was a phenomenal feeling that can only happen once.

The second is my run of four consecutive Grand Slam tournaments between 2015 and 2016. I've always dreamed of winning Wimbledon and becoming world number one.

When I did that, I asked myself: what's my next dream? At the time, I wanted to win as many Grand Slams as possible, including the French Open, which I hadn't won.

The third feat was defeating Roger Federer in the 2019 Wimbledon final. The final was very intense, probably the most intense match I've ever played.

I could add the Australian Open final with Rafael Nadal in 2012. Those two matches are the best I've ever played.

The final achievement is my victory at Roland Garros in 2023, my 23rd Grand Slam title, making me the most successful Grand Slam player."
