Every year, it's very difficult for the general public to get tickets for the French Open.
The reason: interminable queues and rapid stock-outs.
This is a major source of frustration for tennis fans wishing to attend the French Open.
For the 2025 edition, the French Tennis Federation has decided to set up a draw system, which will allocate purchasing slots to people.
The registration phase for the draw will run from January 27 to February 9, 2025.
The reason given is "to reduce waiting times and ensure fair access to the various offers".
This system only affects the general public; people benefiting from advance sales, such as club presidents or members of the French Tennis Federation, are not affected by the draws.
