Rybakina discusses the future of her collaboration with Ivanisevic: "We're going to talk about how things went".
Eliminated in the Round of 16 by Madison Keys at the Australian Open, Elena Rybakina had a turbulent tournament, between the controversy surrounding her former coach Stefano Vukov and the back injury she sustained in the 3rd round.
In a press conference after her defeat, the Kazakh was asked about the future of her collaboration with Goran Ivanisevic:
"With Goran, we have a conversation to have about how things went during the preseason and our analysis of these two tournaments we played.
We've tried to get used to each other. We'll discuss and decide on the schedule then."
Rybakina also commented on the absence of Stefano Vukov, provisionally suspended by the WTA: "As I said before, it's not a situation I want to be in.
Obviously, I wanted to have everyone in my box, but I couldn't change that.
I just tried to concentrate on my games, and I talked to him. I also have Goran, so it didn't affect the way I played today, or my results."
