Kyrgios on Sinner: "I'm really looking forward to playing him".

Kyrgios on Sinner: I'm really looking forward to playing him.

Nick Kyrgios is set to resume his professional tennis career. After a long period of convalescence, the Australian will finally be making his comeback at the start of the 2025 season in Brisbane.

Interviewed at a press conference, the prodigious Australian said he was looking forward to his comeback, particularly at the prospect of facing a certain Jannik Sinner: "There's a changing of the guard in tennis. Rafa and Federer are no more. I think it's safe to say that Novak's career is coming to an end. But there's Alcaraz, Rune, Sinner. I'm really looking forward to facing Sinner one day.

Hopefully not in the first match, but after I'm back. This match is definitely on my calendar. It's also great fun to play with Tsitsipas. The courts everywhere have slowed down a bit. I think we'll be able to see a more versatile style of play.

There are no longer players who only play with serves. All the players in the top 10 move around the court well. For example, Sinner runs all the way and hits the ball as hard as he can ."

I'm looking forward to seeing Sinner whip Kyrgios. Calling it now- The match won't go Kyrgios way and during the match he will create some type of controversy to disrupt it.
