Alcaraz beats Djokovic to win his 1st Wimbledon!

The Spaniard emerged victorious from a huge battle of 5 sets and 4 hours 42 minutes. Clearly dominated at first, he was able to raise his game and then resist the Serbian who will have to wait before winning his 24th Grand Slam.

What a giant player Alcaraz is. Such a delight to watch. He completely dominates the game and opponent is clueless on what hit him. One of the best players in history Alcaraz is.

Thank god he found the game this time round. He has the potential to be the best ever and finally proved it today. Even better it was against that clown

This has to be a tremendous confidence booster for Alcaraz. No cramps this time.

Wonder what all the former up and comings are thinking right now. Many anticipating their day in the sun once Djokovic was on his way out. Only to watch Alcaraz eclipse their dreams.
