Dimitrov: "It's a pleasure to watch Sinner play, not so much to play him".
Grigor Dimitrov took a tennis lesson from Jannik Sinner in the Miami final. The Italian was unplayable on Sunday and this result does not call into question the Bulgarian's superb week in Florida. As he explained after the final.
Grigor Dimitrov: "Congratulations to Jannik and his whole team. He's been incredible since the start of the season. He's playing exceptional tennis. It's a pleasure to watch him play, but it's less fun to play against him.
Even though there was no match today, this tournament has always been complicated for me for so many years, but this year I was determined to do well and I almost did too well.
I'm very happy with my performance this week. Even if I'm not the winner, I feel like one. It was great to play in front of this crowd. I'm just very grateful."
