It wasn't exactly a classic start to the tournament.
In Shanghai, Grigor Dimitrov had to be patient to play and finish his second-round match against Zizou Bergs.
Paralyzed by rain, the match was constantly postponed or suspended.
Despite this, the Bulgarian didn't let himself be trapped and was able to resist his opponent's ardor to qualify for the rest of the tournament (6-3, 3-6, 6-2).
For a place in the last 16, the world number 10 will meet Alexei Popyrin.
