Fritz: "I have a sweet tooth".

Taylor Fritz is having a very high-level 2024 season.
US Open finalist, world number 6 and in an excellent position to play in the Masters at the end of the year (currently 5th in the Race), the American is turning a corner.
However, things haven't always been easy for Fritz, and he has had to rethink his diet in order to achieve sufficient physical condition.
He recently confided: "One thing most people don't know about me is that I have a sweet tooth.
Over the years, my nutritional program has evolved to focus more on constant energy and muscle recovery after training.
Managing my calorie and protein intake is crucial. I've had to make sure I eat enough throughout the day to stay energized."
