Humbert annihilates Alcaraz in the 1st set at Paris-Bercy!

There's already been a huge surprise on the Centre Court of the Accor Arena in Paris-Bercy. Ugo Humbert won the 1st set against Carlos Alcaraz in just 26 minutes (6-1). He won the first 5 games in 19 minutes, taking 20 of the first 28 points.

Alcaraz appeared to have no answer to the Frenchman's high level of play. But Humbert will now have to hold out for the duration of the match. Remain constant, and prepare for the probably inevitable awakening of the world No. 2.

The Spaniard had already begun to try out new tactical schemes at the end of the first set, and will probably continue to do so until he finds a solution.
