Nadal's final year soon to be chronicled in a documentary
Just-retired Rafael Nadal was followed by cameras throughout his final year on the circuit, with a view to making a documentary about it.
Spanish media outlet Revelo reports that cameras were present this week in Malaga to film him during his final days and hours as a professional tennis player.
Footage was shot in the tunnel before he entered the court, in the Spanish dressing room and at his final press conference.
The documentary was produced by Nadal's production company, which followed him throughout the year.
A concept reminiscent of the Amazon Prime documentary on Roger Federer (entitled "The Last Twelve Days of Roger Federer"), which retraced the last days of his career on the occasion of the 2022 Laver Cup.
We'll have to wait a few months before finding out more about this new tennis documentary.
