Holger Rune, winner at Paris-Bercy in 2022, qualified for the last four by eliminating Alex De Minaur in three sets (6-4, 4-6, 7-5).
The Dane showed great solidity to win the first set, before conceding the second late on (seven points won in a row by the Australian at 4-4, 0-30).
In the third set, Rune was able to tighten things up at 6-5 to avoid a tie-break and claim victory.
He will face Alexander Zverev tomorrow for a place in the final.
