Tommy Haas, current tournament director at Indian Wells, recently spoke out on the Alcaraz case, during his appearance at the Majorca tournament.

Clearly thrilled by the level of play offered by the man who has won back-to-back titles at Indian Wells, the former world number 2 made no secret of his enthusiasm: "It's a very positive thing for the sport to have him, because you know he's capable of anything, and it's great to see him play.

It's exciting to see him on a court because he has a wide range of resources in his game. He's won at Indian Wells for the last two years and put on a great show by combining Federer's movement, Nadal's defensive ability and Djokovic's energy."
