Tsitsipas sets the tone for the Olympics: "Greece and the Olympics go hand in hand".
Stefanos Tsitsipas wants to dream big. After a season of ups and downs, the Greek is hoping to do very well at the Olympic event in Paris.
As he prepares to face Fabio Fognini in the quarter-finals of the Gstaad tournament, Tsistsipas opened up about his Olympic ambitions: "Greece and the Olympic Games go together like bread and butter.
It's a dream I've had ever since I started playing tennis, ever since I picked up a tennis racket for the first time. I've always wanted to be an athlete who could take part in something like this.
And of course, aiming for a medal is something extraordinary. So my dream continues to evolve, to exist, and my path towards it is slowly building.
For me, the best redemption is to leave the Games with a medal. For me, it's the greatest gift you can give yourself, and it's something that stays with you for the rest of your life.
