Video - A high-intensity training set between Nadal and Alcaraz

Training is in full swing for the Spanish team ahead of their Davis Cup quarter-final against the Netherlands on Tuesday.

A training set was played and filmed between Carlos Alcaraz and Rafael Nadal. Both players looked in good form, in an opposition that ended in a 4-4 tie.

Alcaraz, weakened by a cold at the previous week's ATP Finals, said he was feeling better: "I've almost forgotten my cold and I'm almost one hundred percent, much better than in Turin."

As for Nadal, he hasn't lost his tennis. The Spaniard looks ready for this week, although it's up to team captain David Ferrer to decide. It's difficult to compare a practice set with the pace of a match.
