Hurkacz, Goffin, Musetti, Bublik, Zhang and Alcaraz - Movement in the ATP rankings!

The first major tournaments of the grass-court season (Halle, Queen's) have led to some important changes in the ATP rankings published this Monday. There's movement on every level!

Eliminated in the Round of 16 by Draper, Alcaraz was unable to defend the title he won at Queen's last year. He therefore relinquishes second place to Novak Djokovic (3rd, -1 place).

In the top 10, Hubert Hurkacz, a finalist in Halle, made good progress. This week, the Pole reached a career-best ranking of 7th (+2). On the other hand, De Minaur, surprised by Musetti in the first round, has fallen back (9th, -2 places).

Elsewhere in the ranking, other players are making progress. These include Lorenzo Musetti and Zhizhen Zhang. A finalist at Quenn's, the young Italian moved up 5 places to 25th in the world rankings. At the same time, Zhang, semi-finalist at Halle and Medvedev's winner, is closing in on the top 30, at 33rd this Monday (+9).

This week's worst performer was Alexander Bubilk. The title-holder in Halle, the talented Kazakh fell out of the top 20 in the Round of 16 (23rd, -6 places).

On the French side, Ugo Humbert continues to dominate (16th). However, Arthur Fils (34th, +3 places) and young Mpetshi Perricard (59th, +8 places) also improved.

And let's not forget David Goffin's title at Ilkley (Challenger 125). The former world No. 7 is back in the top 100 at 82nd (+27 places).
