Historic crazy win for Sinner considering he was down 2 sets to Dmitrov who then got hurt at that exact moment and likely would have lost the next round anyway.
Not taking anything away from him just a crazy coincidence I have not heard of one like before. Match point down coming back to win the tournament yes, but never heard of one like this.

Ahead of what? Bizarre thing to say or a quote that lacks context. Tennis is cyclical with nee generations emerging and older ones maturing and then fading. We are about to hit peak Sinner most likely Alc maybe 2-3 years away if he stays fit. Yet others will emerge, injuries happen, technology inches forwards and changes happen. Right now Sinner is the best, but Sinner had a bad match against Dimitrov until the retirement. It could all be so different. I like Sinner, but he's fractionally ahead of most at best, which it all you could ask for. However fractions can eb and flow and results may vary.
