Serena Williams gives you a visit of Wimbledon her own way

She usually gets better as the tournament goes on I agree but there is so much more depth now in the game and Serena could skip warm up events before and work her way in the tournament. That's not the case now, she has to be careful that being rusty and not motivated as yet doesn't send her on a plane home early.



I'm hoping Serena does win, if not I would like Aga to win ☺

To be fair Dawson Andy did admit he hadn't watched the match. That video is very misleading. At the moment there is barely any motivation from Serena ☺

To me, to be honest, she did seem a little off. But, others have their own opinion on the matter. She gets better as th tournament goes on

I want Serena to win Wimbledon but agree with Johnny Mac and Davenport commentating that Serena was not herself...



She looked extremely stressed and frustrated and her first serve speed was pretty slow.



Serena just didn't seem motivated for whatever reason. She was lucky she was playing someone who had never competed in a grand slam and only seed she's played was Stosur in Fed Cup.



Serena looked happy to get the win but I'm guessing in the next round she will come out with more motivation.



Anyone agree watching that Serena didn't seem herself...??

So good to see Serena having fun and being a bit playful. On court (which is 99% of when we see her) she's so focused and aggressively seeking the win, but there's another side to this tennis legend and it is lovely to see. For me, in my personal opinion, and I've been following the women's tour since the mid 80's, Serena is the best player the sport has ever seen. Up there with Ms Court, Ms Graff and Ms Navratilova. Go Serena, win the title in 2016.
