Nadal on the 2008 Wimbledon final against Federer: I don't know why people are still talking about it.

Rafael Nadal has been enjoying his retirement for several months now, after making his mark on tennis history.

In an interview with MundoDeportivo, the man with fourteen Roland-Garros titles admitted he didn't understand why his 2008 Wimbledon title still has such a strong impact on tennis fans:

"I don't know why people are still talking about the 2008 Wimbledon final against Federer.

It was an important milestone in my sporting career, but for different reasons, over the course of my career, there have been many other moments that have helped me move forward.

Moments that have helped me to continue my career despite difficulties. Sport has always motivated me enough to keep going."
