Bertolucci: "Alcaraz is miles away from Rafa in his head".

Le 30/01/2025 à 10h09 par Clément Gehl
Bertolucci: Alcaraz is miles away from Rafa in his head.

Paolo Bertolucci, former Italian player in the 1970s and 80s, spoke about Carlos Alcaraz and compared him to his elder, Rafael Nadal.

For him, his defeat by Novak Djokovic at the Australian Open, when the Serb was injured, should never have happened.

He says: "Alcaraz plays in a tank top like Nadal, but he's a thousand miles from Rafa in his head. Against Djokovic, he should have won that third set and then the match.

But even a set to the good, with Djokovic, he can't lose any more. He can no longer afford to lose to Novak.

He's been beaten in Paris twice out of three times, but that was something special, a clay-court final at the Olympic Games.

Alcaraz has to be at such a level that he shouldn't be beaten by Nole.

Mentally, Djokovic crushes everyone, Alcaraz took the bait with the physical problems he suffered during the match.

Novak is a great champion, phenomenal, pleasant or unpleasant, it's subjective."

Novax extremely unpleasant person IMO dirty tactics virtually every match, seems to be the only way he can win these days, certainly not good to watch, which I which don't because we all know what he's going to do, I find it totally unbelievable that his opponents continually fall for his nonsense, yet the spectators can see it coming a mile away

"Which you which don't watch", but still can't stop thinking or talking about him!

You should start charge him for the living space that he's using from you. :)
