In 2018, Marco Cecchinato created a surprise at Roland-Garros by beating Novak Djokovic in the quarter-finals at the end of a match in which the Serb was very tense.
The Italian, who at the time was having the tournament of his life, played top-level tennis to take out the Serb, who at the time was in one of the most difficult periods of his legendary career.
In the end, Cecchinato won the quarter-final 13-11 after an epic tie-break.
Speaking to PalermoToday, the former world no. 16 reflected on a match that will live long in the memory: "It was the highlight of my career. Victory in four sets with two tie-breaks. The last one was interminable.
