Carlos Alcaraz has qualified for the Rotterdam final, which he will play this Sunday against Alex de Minaur.
Despite a very difficult semi-final against Hubert Hurkacz, the Spaniard has a date with the title.
In his post-match press conference, he had a few words to say about the Pole and his feelings at Rotterdam: "I was impressed by Hurkacz's level at the start, especially his first serve and his groundstrokes.
I didn't play at a different level during the match, I just managed to recover from a bad moment.
I played against an incredible opponent who made a very good start to the match.
I just fought and waited for my moment. It's my first time in Rotterdam, and I feel like I've been coming here for years because of the love and support I get.
What's more, knowing that no Spanish player has won here motivates me."
