Petchey tackles Kyrgios over Sinner: "You have to let the process unfold"
With no mercy shown to Jannik Sinner since his positive test for clostébol last March during Indian Wells, Nick Kyrgios has alienated the whole of Italy.
And that's not all: following the news of Iga Swiatek's positive test for trimetazidine, the Australian added another layer on his social networks.
Criticism that has annoyed a number of tennis personalities, including Mark Petchey.
The Briton, formerly ranked 80th in the world, reframed Kyrgios, who continues to attack the current leader of the ATP rankings.
"Yes, Nick Kyrgios really needs to stop. Sinner wasn't found guilty, was he? We're about to have the World Anti-Doping Agency's verdict on appeal.
Let's wait for the result. You have to let the process unfold, it requires a lot of care and attention. It's a very important thing.
We're talking about a person's career," he elaborated for First Sportz.
