It's hard not to look toward Aryna Sabalenka. The Belarusian has just made history by achieving the legendary "Sunshine Double," winning back-to-back titles at Indian Wells and Miami.

But behind this dominance, one factor stands out: stability.

Since 2020, Sabalenka has relied on a solid foundation with her coach Anton Dubrov, backed by a loyal and structured team.

A stark contrast with Raducanu's situation

Since her sensational US Open 2021 triumph, Emma Raducanu has cycled through adjustments – and coaches above all.

The recent departure of Francisco Roig marks her ninth staff change. A number that's raising eyebrows and concerning observers.

Despite some bright moments (a final in Romania), the Briton struggles to build lasting momentum. Even promising partnerships, like with Mark Petchey, proved temporary.

Today, she's attempting a rebuild with Alexis Canter, still searching for the right formula.

"It's a delicate subject": Bartoli pinpoints the issue

Speaking to Sky Sports, Marion Bartoli shared her take on the Briton's predicament:

"Emma's frequent coach changes are a delicate subject because she needs stability.

Looking at the tour today, Sabalenka has worked with the same coach for years, and I believe Emma's key is finding the right person.

I'm convinced she'll need to lean on someone she fully trusts long-term to progress."
