Fils: "I Hate Losing"
Arthur Fils is in good form ahead of his debut in Madrid, where he will face Francisco Comesana or Pedro Martinez. In an interview with Tennis TV, he spoke about how he handles defeats.
"I hate losing. I don’t like it at all. I get angry, and I’m angry at myself. Of course, I try to use that energy—it’s not like I lose and then just give up.
I hate losing, so afterward, I fight even harder, but sometimes the opponent is just better than me."
