Doha Marozsan Monfils

Gaël Monfils spoke of his torn thigh at a press conference in Marseille, where he announced his withdrawal.

He said he would go to Doha and test himself before deciding whether or not to take part. Unfortunately for him, the Frenchman has decided not to play.

His forfeit benefits Fabian Marozsan, who won't have to go through the qualifying rounds.
