Did I read that when she realized the ITIA agent had the right to show up unannounced for a test, she called the agency and eventually submitted to the test which resulted negative? If so, 4 years ban for bad behaviour, not for doping, seem to be an abuse. We see much worse behaviour on court (for instance Moutet) ... AntiDoping should focus on exactly that - DOPING, voluntary doping to get physical advantage - nothing else.
