Yes he did. It seems he made the mistake of starting to envision his immediate future as the 2025 FO champion and mentally took his self out of the match. For the next set and half he wasn't the same. It wasn't until the fifth set blown line call on the serve that angered him that he got back in the match mentally. Interesting how that anger cleared his mind and allowed him to refocus. But I'm glad it did. It made the end of the match much better. I'm sure his coaches will make that one of the big lessons to learn from this loss.
