Instead of exhausting elite players and giving them all the opportunity, find a way to attract players to consider this as a living. With players, come support staff, infrastructure and more. Consider developing in populated countries like India, African continent, it will be big business. Look at the backing for cricket and badminton in India, if it can be tapped.. it would be game changing.
Tennis is an expensive sport to embrace and play !
