ATP Finals 2025: Heliovaara/Patten pair qualifies for the doubles tournament final

The first pair to qualify for the doubles tournament final at the 2025 Turin Masters is Heliovaara/Patten, who defeated the Italian duo Bolelli/Vavassori this Saturday afternoon in the semi-finals.

This Saturday, it's time for the ATP Finals semi-finals. Sinner-De Minaur and Alcaraz-Auger-Aliassime will be on the schedule in the singles draw, but the conclusion of the doubles tournament is also expected this weekend. This Saturday afternoon, the first semi-final pitted the pairs Harri Heliovaara/Henry Patten against Simone Bolelli/Andrea Vavassori.

This was a rematch of the Australian Open final from the start of the season, which the Finn and the Brit had won a few months ago. The Italians were hoping for revenge, but it did not happen.

Solid from start to finish, Heliovaara and Patten won (6-4, 6-3) and qualified for their third final of the season. They qualify for their first final together at the ATP Finals, after losing in the semi-finals last year in Turin.

In their bid to win the title, they will face the winners of the other semi-final, scheduled for late afternoon between the British pairs Joe Salisbury/Neal Skupski and Julian Cash/Lloyd Glasspool.
