Murray sends a clear message: "An exhibition nobody cares about".

Murray sends a clear message: An exhibition nobody cares about.

Andy Murray is clearly not thrilled with the "Six King Slam", the new XXL exhibition organized by Saudi Arabia and featuring Jannik Sinner, Novak Djokovic, Rafael Nadal, Carlos Alcaraz, Daniil Medvedev and Holger Rune.

While the extremely ambitious trailer for the forthcoming event has won over many people, the opinion of former world number 1 Andy Murray doesn't quite add up.

Reacting to a post by his compatriot and friend, Liam Broady, Murray declared, "Except it's not a film and you won't watch it because it's a tennis exhibition that nobody cares about."

Hmmm.... Could it be that the not-as-big FOURTH is feeling a bit left out?

There was never really such thing as Big Four.. Sir Andy's GS trophee cabinet does't contaign doubble digits..

only in ATP 1000 does.

It's more hopeful wish rather then reality..

There is only Big Three in Mens tennis.
But too be fair, some other double digit major winners like Ivan Lendl weren't playing in the era of the Big 3. I think Lendl and Murray were similar type players except that Murray had a much better ROS, one of the best the game has ever seen. Switch Murray and Lendl in the eras they played and likely Murray has double-digit major trophies and Lendl doesn't.

Yep, another pointless exhibition. But a nice payday for the players, as I imagine featuring in this ridiculous promo was.
