Sinner wins Paris and reclaims the world No. 1 spot!

In the final against a combative Félix Auger-Aliassime, Jannik Sinner returned to the top. At 24 years old, the Italian clinched the Paris Masters, his fifth title of the season, and took back the world throne from Carlos Alcaraz.

In Nanterre, the Italian established his authority at the Rolex Paris Masters, dominating Félix Auger-Aliassime (6-4, 7-6[4]) after 1 hour and 51 minutes of play. At just 24 years old, the Italian prodigy thus secures his 23rd career title and claims a fifth Masters 1000 crown. But most importantly, he reclaims the world No. 1 seat, ahead of Carlos Alcaraz.

Facing a resurgent Félix Auger-Aliassime, who delivered an impressive tournament performance, Sinner managed to contain the Canadian's power while imposing his relentless baseline pace. Furthermore, he demonstrated formidable efficiency on serve (91% of points won behind his first serve).

This victory will provide a major confidence boost for the world number two as the season-ending ATP Finals approach. Finally, by winning Paris, Sinner joins an exclusive club: he now holds at least one title in 5 of the 9 Masters 1000 tournaments, a feat reserved for the greatest players.
