They Will Win More Than 10 Grand Slams Each, Tsitsipas Discusses Sinner and Alcaraz

Defeated by Jannik Sinner at the Six Kings Slam, Stefanos Tsitsipas spoke about the rivalry between the Italian and Carlos Alcaraz.
Tsitsipas could do nothing against Sinner in the quarterfinals of the Six Kings Slam exhibition.

Outplayed in the rallies, the Greek player lost in two sets (6-2, 6-3). In the post-match press conference, the world number 24 discussed the rivalry between his opponent of the day and Carlos Alcaraz, who have been dominating the tour since last year. Tsitsipas is certain that both players will exceed a certain number of Grand Slam titles.

"I'm not very good at predictions. I'll just say that we will see Jannik (Sinner) and Carlos (Alcaraz) finish their careers having won many more Grand Slam titles. I am convinced that they will win more than ten Grand Slams each.

I admire their playing styles, which are different and unique. Alcaraz is more dynamic and appears happy on a tennis court; he is more creative. Sinner gives the impression of being a robot; he is more consistent. This type of player is always focused.

Both of them have everything. As an opponent of both players, I am aware of what they represent as players, and I am constantly training to get closer to their level.

We need to reduce the gap between them and the rest, and that can only happen if we improve our tennis," Tsitsipas stated in recent hours for Punto de Break.
