As part of the agreement between the Australian Federation and the French Tennis Federation, a wild-card for the main draw of the Australian Open is reserved for a French male player and a French female player.

For the men, Kyrian Jacquet, recent quarter-finalist at the ATP 250 in Metz and currently ranked 138th in the world, has received this invitation and avoids the qualifiers.
For the women, it is Sarah Rakotomanga, currently ranked 119th in the world (her best ranking), who will have the opportunity to compete in the main draw in Melbourne.
Ksenia Efremova, 16 years old, has received a wild-card for the qualifiers.
