Jules Hypolite est journaliste et rédacteur spécialisé tennis pour TennisTemple depuis octobre 2024. Fort d’une passion pour le jeu depuis plus de 15 ans, il suit au quotidien les circuits ATP & WTA, mais aussi les Challengers, les WTA 125 et les circuits ITF, avec un regard technique forgé sur le court, en club, où il pratique le tennis depuis l’âge de 6 ans (2005).


Connaissance du tennis sur le terrain



Jules a également joué en compétition (100 matchs officiels). Cela lui confère un point de vue éclairé sur la difficulté de gestion des aspects physique et mental engendrée par la pression de l’enjeu. Une dimension qu’il peut ensuite retranscrire dans ces analyses et qui lui permet de mieux comprendre le vécu des joueuses et des joueurs de haut niveau sur le circuit professionnel tout au long de la saison.


Formation & expertise



Diplômé de l’Institut Européen de Journalisme de Paris (2017-2020), il couvre depuis plus de 6 ans (depuis 2019) le tennis professionnel dans toute sa richesse : Grands Chelems, Masters 1000, WTA 1000, Coupe Davis, Billie Jean King Cup, ou encore tournois ATP/WTA 500 et ATP/WTA 250. Sa ligne éditoriale repose sur la rigueur journalistique, l’analyse des performances, la réactivité face à l’actualité chaude, et le déchiffrage des déclarations des joueuses et joueurs du circuit.

Jules affectionne particulièrement les rétrospectives historiques pour faire revivre aux lecteurs les plus grands moments du tennis mondial.
