Del Potro Played in Exhibition Match and Emerges Victorious
Juan Martin del Potro made his return to the tennis court. The Argentine played an exhibition match in Guayaquil, Ecuador, against local player Nicolas Lapentti, a former world No. 6.
Del Potro won with a score of 7-6, 6-3, in a match where Gustavo Kuerten was also present.
Dubbed "the clash of the titans," this exhibition was an opportunity to celebrate two former players from South America in front of 2,000 spectators.
Though retired, del Potro continues to show his love for tennis and connect with the crowd.
